Transparent Pricing for Adaptive Projects
Every project is different—but the principles behind our pricing remain the same.
Our fees are designed to reflect the scope of work, level of complexity, and capabilities activated throughout your project. Rather than charging for services you may never need, we use a modular approach that aligns professional fees with the actual value delivered.
Why We Price This Way
Traditional architectural fees assume every project follows the same path.
We don't.
Some projects need feasibility before design. Some require financial validation before documentation. Others only need a single design sprint or technical review.
Rather than forcing every client into a predefined package, Larquitectura allows projects to activate only the capabilities they need, when they need them.
This means you pay for progress—not unnecessary scope.
Our Pricing Principles
Transparency
Every deliverable has a defined basis for computation, allowing clients to understand exactly what they are paying for.
Modularity
Projects are divided into capability layers and service modules. Each module can be commissioned independently or combined into a complete project pathway.
Scalability
Professional fees grow alongside project complexity, not simply project size.
Flexibility
Clients may begin with a single consultation, a feasibility study, a design sprint, or proceed through complete architectural delivery.
Progressive Commitment™
Projects evolve through informed decisions rather than large upfront commitments.
How Professional Fees Are Calculated
Professional fees may be calculated using one or a combination of the following methods, depending on the nature of the service. Your pricing matrix includes lump-sum fees, hourly billing, and per-square-meter rates that vary by project classification and complexity.
Payment Schedule
Payment schedules vary depending on the service.
Generally, projects follow milestone-based billing tied to agreed deliverables rather than arbitrary dates.
Examples include:
- Reservation or acceptance fee (where applicable)
- Initial payment before work begins
- Progress payments upon completion of milestones
- Final payment prior to delivery of final outputs
Your agreement also specifies that an Acceptance Agreement establishes the billing framework, while individual Service Request Forms define the scope and corresponding fees for each engagement.
“We originally wanted to do a hostel project in Palawan with a ₱30M budget. But through the feasibility study Lara and her team conducted, we realized it was too expensive with a very long ROI. Because of that early insight, we were able to pivot before breaking ground and save millions on a project that would have failed. That kind of foresight is rare—you don’t just get an architect, you get a strategic partner who protects your vision and your investment.”

“What impressed me most was Lara’s ability to think beyond architecture. She didn’t just give us drawings—she presented design, financials, timelines, and execution plans as if she were a business partner. That kind of foresight and multidimensional skill is rare, and it made our project both beautiful and viable.”

“I was able to bootstrap my hostel project through Arch. La's guidance and creativity. She knew how to stretch every peso without sacrificing impact—repurposing materials, innovating on the spot, and making design decisions that gave our space a unique identity. What could have been an ordinary renovation turned into a landmark project that exceeded expectations."

“Other contractors quoted us at least ₱5M in construction costs to put up a restaurant. With the help of L.Atelier, we were able to cut that cost by 40%—not by cutting corners, but through smart design choices and transparent costing. They helped us build the space we envisioned while saving significantly on budget.”

“We had only three months to transform an old building into the largest hostel in the Philippines—something most said would take at least six months to a year. Lara moved in with the team, led over 30 workers daily, and worked 18-hour days to make it happen. We opened right on New Year’s Eve, packed from day one. That success would not have been possible without her persistence and hands-on leadership.”

“She combines passion, professionalism, and persistence. Lara’s hands-on approach, willingness to work long hours, and ability to communicate effectively with her team ensured that Z-Hostel opened on time and became an immediate success.”
